Wednesday March 21st marked the 2nd day of spring, but for those living in the Northeast, it became apparent that winter had unfinished business. Baltimore County felt more like a ghost town since all schools and businesses were closed due to a winter storm warning that was put in effect by the National Weather Service.
Most people were either staying warm and cozy in their homes or outside enjoying the snow while snow plows were out clearing the main roads. However, some braved through the somewhat plowed roads and drove to the beautiful Loch Raven Reservoir. As it turns out, it wasn’t a bad idea after all.
